(A) General

  • Residence proof.
  • Identity Proof is Mandatory .
  • Proposer & Secondary’s signatures are mandatory.
  • Payment can be made either by local Cheque and Demand Draft.
  • Cheque/ Demand Draft made in favor of Chandigarh Club Limited.
  • Email ID and mobile number compulsory.

(B) Government Service (Class 1- Gazetted Officer)

  • Two passport/stamp size photographs.
  • Residence proof.
  • Identity Proof is Mandatory .
  • Proposer & Secondary’s signatures are mandatory.
  • Payment can be made either by local Cheque and Demand Draft.
  • Cheque/ Demand Draft made in favor of Chandigarh Club Limited.
  • Photostat copy of identity card.
  • Email ID and mobile number compulsory.

(C) Non –Voting (for 4 years)

  • Two passport/stamp size photographs.
  • Residence proof.
  • Identity Proof is Mandatory .
  • Proposer & Secondary’s signatures are mandatory.
  • Payment can be made either by local Cheque and Demand Draft.
  • Cheque/ Demand Draft made in favor of Chandigarh Club Limited.
  • Email ID and mobile number compulsory.

(D) Dependent Category

  • Two passport/stamp size photographs.
  • Residence proof of Chandigarh.
  • Identity Proof is Mandatory .
  • Proposer & Secondary’s signatures are mandatory.
  • Payment can be made either by local Cheque and Demand Draft.
  • Cheque/ Demand Draft made in favor of Chandigarh Club Limited.
  • Photostat copy of Parent’s Membership card.
  • A Letter is required to be written from the Parent or guardian, who is the member of the club.
  • Email ID and mobile number compulsory.

The club management has the final authority to approve or disapprove all the membership requests. The decision of the club is final and will not be changed.
